In addition we have FREE Domain Forwarding, FREE easy to use DNS Services, FREE Email Forwarding and FREE Domain Privacy on most of our domain extensions (TLDs). Yes you read that right, these premium services are FREE! You can pay significant for these services at other registrars. We can offer them to you for FREE because we allow you to configure these additional services from the Domain Manager without our assistance, in an easy to use intuitive interface.

If you did not receive an email stating that we have moved your domain over to the new system, simply have the system send you your username and password. It will be sent to the admin email account on record for your domain. If you no longer have access to that email address or it is no longer valid, the domain owner must print, sign and fax us the Administrative Email Address Change form located at http://www.adminchange.com. Our fax number is 1-207-571-8064, or you can send it to the fax number on the adminchange website and work directly with Tucows/OpenSRS.

NB .XX.CA Customers This is a special note for our second level .CA TLD customers (eg .BC.CA). Our new system is not yet ready for your domains due to some added complexities at the registry. We're working on it as fast as we can and will notify you when we are able to support you in the new system. For support in the meantime, just drop us an email and we'll get right on it!

Best guess is that .CC and second level .CA domains will be live early May 2009 in the new system!
